I have been a loyal customers for 5 years now initially it was because of the cheap price. All my websites are hosted by them and would never use anyone else. I have never had any problems with downtime, their 99.9% uptime guarantee means my site is always going to be live without interruption. Their customer support always has been excellent, they are very helpful when calling with questions, and have 24 hour support. The waiting time for calls isn't very long (2 -5 minutes). I challenge you to find an equally good support team elsewhere.

The only problems I have are the ones I create myself out of stupidity. The verdict? I recommend Godaddy to all my clients. It's the best service out there!

Weak points:

A thing that I don't like much is the control panel. It is a little bit confusing, it's just a pain finding what you want, but once you found what you want it works well enough, The interface is filled with Godaddy ads and promos. I have heard that their team are working to make it more user friendly, the new and improved version should be out in few months.
